Many bloggers across the net talk about how they have been banned from Adsense. Now as most of us already know not too many of them are happy about this. For most of those publishers that have been banned I would be willing to bet that it is because you clicked on your own ads. I now that it is tempting to click on your own ads after you go months with out seeing any earnings in your Adsense account. For those of you bloggers that are looking to start your own blog and place contextual ads on it, Google Adsense is probably going to be your first choice for contextual ad provider. Word to the wise don’t click on your own ads. When a publisher logs into there Adsense account most likely Google is going to be monitoring your IP address and they are also going to be monitoring the IP address where the clicks came from. Now obliviously this very simple concept, but so many fail to put two and two together or think that since they haven’t made anymore with placing the ads on their blogs then what does it matter anyways. Let me say that it matters a great deal. Once you’re banned that’s it there are no second chances. Now there is an appeal form that you can fill out to be reinstated if you were banned and should not have been. Publishers due get reinstated its not an impossible task, however most publishers that are banned don’t.
